It was in this spirit that the REALTORS® Community Crisis Response Fund was created.Your home is your haven, but there are events that may occur to displace you from your home or lead to costly repairs. In instances like these, West Michigan communities pull together and support each other.
WHAT IS THE REALTORS COMMUNITY CRISIS RESPONSE FUND?
The REALTORS® Community Crisis Response Fund is intended to provide financial assistance to individuals, families, or non-profit agencies for:
- Disaster response and relief assistance related to housing; and/or
- Disability-adaption projects that create refurbished housing in response to an identified need within the community.
SERVICE AREA:
The Fund provides assistance to individuals, families, or non-profit agencies located in:
- Kent County
- 42 square miles of SE Ottawa County (primarily Jamestown and Georgetown Townships)
- Ionia County
- Northern part of Barry County (including Gun Lake and Wayland)

WE WANT TO HELP!
The REALTORS® Community Crisis Response Fund will:
- Consider requests in amounts up to $1,000.00.
- Respond to requests within app. two weeks from the date of submission.
- In those instances where work is performed, the funds will most likely be paid directly to a licensed and insured contractor (as identified by the grant applicant) upon receipt of an invoice.
